From Manchester - spawning ground for the likes of The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets and Charlatans UK - come Northside: Warren 'Dermo' Dermody, vocals: Cliff Ogier, bass; Timmy Walsh, guitar; Paul Walsh, drums. Their debut album, produced by Ian Broudie (Lightning Seeds, Echo & The Bunnymen), is out on the renowned Factory Records label in the UK and will be released in the States on Geffen Records July 23.
